Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your AceZone account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Safely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
